Business Development Representative (BDR) – Poland

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR). - Identification and Qualification of New Business Opportunities: Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify potential customers and new markets.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and understand their needs.
- Relationship Building and Maintenance: Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with potential customers and partners through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaboration with the Sales Team: Work closely with account executives to pass qualified leads to the sales team and coordinate meetings.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to improve sales strategies and identify training needs.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities and results to the Business Development Manager.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role. Experience in cold calling and building customer relationships is an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong in analyzing and interpreting sales metrics, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and markets.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Education: A completed degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Soft Skills: Time management, self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to new situations.
- Languages: German, English (written and spoken)
